Omg very dissappointing $30 entry fee and we were told if were all going to skate please make our way first to get our session ticket which we did. We headed directly opposite to the snow pit for the grandchildren to build a snowman but it was so full of older children/parents who were throwing snow everywhere which was alittle... More

Buy an ice-cream or nick-naks for the house. General store; chocolate and fudge; restaurants; Christmas shop and bookshop. There is a plethora of small shops available for the casual shopper. Relax with a coffee or a massage. Have a workout at the gym or a meal at the restaurant. A well appointed boutique village shopping experience.

Make sure you arrive before 10am and bring gloves if experiencing winter wonderland! Overall it was fun but very busy. Loved the roving moustached entertainer.

Reasonable accommodation, needs updating. Lunch was great, dinner very average. Make sure you ask for rooms close to the main area or you will need to get a bus.

Lots of boutique style shops to eat and shop in. And a cellar door with friendly staff. Had a great day with the weather to be here. Paid the $28 to walk around the numerous gardens they have there and very glad we did it. Has a restaurant in the gardens and the food was great. Took us about 1... More

These extensive private gardens are a very tranquil place to wander. Although it was winter and there's not many flowering plants around it still retains its beauty. We attended a talk about pruning and looking after roses which was very Informative Great fairytale garden for kids - big and small. And another 9 themed gardens make for great variety. Must... The $99 family deal seems high though all the rides are included so not bad for a school holiday outing for small children. Go in the afternoon and stay till the lights go on around 5:30pm to enjoy the snow, rides and the Christmas lights display.

We visited in July for the snow fest. The gardens are gorgeous. The kids especially loved the storybook garden. We spent ages in there. It's very well maintained and fun. The snow time was great. Only disappointment was the lack of inflatables and slide due to the light rain, understandable, but kids were looking forward to those. The ice skating... More
