We have visited Hunter Valley Gardens a number of times, including a Christmas visit, but as the previous time was over 4 years ago, it was time for another visit (and the first time in autumn). Have noticed some people complaining about the price for...More

No control of exits, traffic stationary for over 30 minutes as I write this. No organisation or care factor at all, very very annoying and sad state of affairs. We will never be coming back after this shocking experience. So angry at this moment. Fix...More

Spent 1/2 day there and took the guided tour and as there were very few visitors on a Monday we had a personal tour and would thoroughly recommend. The knowledge and experience of the tour guide was fabulous. Would also recommend the scones and jam...More

Great place to visit, but I think price is overrated for what it offers. They should offer more floral arrangements, different plants foliage display etc. Roses, roses and roses are pretty boring.

I return to Hamilton Gardens at least once a year. So much happens throughout the year that it is hard not to. My grand daughter loves the Christmas lights (as we all do). We come for the fireworks. There are special events. Then there is...More

Lovely afternoon, perfect weather. Some of the footpaths were a little boggy/muddy so pushing the pram through it wasn’t that pleasant (perhaps needs some soft gravel thrown on it ?) Other than that, we had a sneak peak at the dinosaurs on display and the...More

It always worth a visit! The displays are beautiful. If you ever come at Christmas it’s worth visiting for the lights. A must see in the hunter.

Enjoyable day walking through the gardens. Rides not working which was disappointing. Staff were friendly though.

I was keen to visit the gardens and from the walk to the entrance it looked amazing. Then we saw the entry price. Crazy over the top prices. So our group left... I'll look at photos on line. Such a shame it's so over priced.

We walked around in the morning because we had younger children. You could take a lot longer. There are a couple of theme park style rides on the side as well if it is open. That was closed when we were there. Also quite... More
