We stayed in the Savanna Cabins for one night, and thought it was fantastic. It was a little expensive for a couple but with two bedrooms and two bathrooms it would be easy to split the accomodation between more people. Our accommodation included entry to the zoo. The zoo was a cool concept, more like a safari. You could easily... More

Great zoo, with an excellent conservation program. The animals have lots of room to roam, and are not in cages. We got to see the new baby elephant which was a highlight.

There is a wonderful area in front of the cafe area where you can "sample" the zoo while sitting down to a picnic. There is the option to either walk, drive your own vehicle, ride a bike or hire golf buggies that hold up to 6 people (at a cost). If you do decide to walk as we did, do... More

This zoo is fantastic, very organised and the spacious pens were a delight to see as the animals seemed very contented. The staff offered talks before feeding times and their laid back nature coincided with the relaxed nature of the zoo. A very enjoyable experience.

Wonderful experience, layout and access to the animals is brilliant. Having no wire fences in front of you makes it feel like you are in Africa. Staff all seemed to love their jobs and answered any questions asked by the public with a smile.Behind the scenes tours are highly recommended. The entry ticket is valid for 2 days which is... More

This zoo is amazing! A little expensive if taking the family but your ticket gives you unlimited access for the day, can take your car in zoo so can drive around and stop at your own pace, variety of local and foreign animals, a must see!
