It was a stinking hot day but still able to easily view animals. Loved being able to go back for a second day- it was better than the first because we knew where we're the best viewing points. LOVED seeing little Sabai the baby elephant playing with his mum and Aunty. A good idea to get there early before it... More

Visited the Zoo & stayed at Billabong Camp overnight. Best experience ever. Jenn was a great guide. The night walk and the morning walks were very informative, atmosphere was friendly. We spent two days looking around the zoo and enjoyed everything about it. Can't wait to do it all again!

There is a lot to see at the Zoo. We drove through, the circuit is half the length of the walking trails and you can still see plenty. There are loads of parking spots close to enclosures.

My family had the most amazing time on our recent stay at the zoofari lodge. I cannot recommend the experience enough. 'Emma' is amazing, she took us on our tours and is a great asset to the Zoo...The food was awesome. Compliments to the chef and all the team.we will be back!

This zoo is amazing! We chose to ride around which allowed the freedom to go where we pleased with more speed than going on foot allows. There are options for riding with small kids too. The fences are generally low and out of the way so your view is not obstructed. It is generally incredibly hot in Dubbo, and while... More

Enclosures are really well presented. It was incredibly hot while there so reluctantly got out of airconditioned car but was worth it.

Loved driving around in our airconditioned car as it was a very hot day. Very tiring, not enough shade. Giraffes were very interactive and close, 1 month old baby elephant was cute. Too hot to wait around for talks at any of the enclosures.
