Howard’s art is bright, colourful and quirky. Not unlike the fellow himself. He often titles his works with ironic comments or plays on double meanings. As There is no shortage of Aussie colloquial sayings with double meanings .....he has had plenty of material to work...More

Located on the outskirts of town, Howard's gallery is next door to his home and its walls are decorated by pictures which are mainly cartoons on vernacular linguists (Strine). A running commentary by Howard from arrival to departure completes the visit.
