These Wetlands have been and are being restored to their pristine beauty. It is a place to immerse yourself in the culture or our first people. An eye opener and well worth spending time. Take your hiking boots and just wander the area.

A place i always visit when i return to Albury. A great place for a walk, wildlife viewing, portrait photography and general relaxing. Often see kangaroos, rabbits and plenty of bird life. The place is well kept. The walks are flat and lovely for all.

Flat easy walking trails, great wetlands, many birds. Saw one deer at a river crossing (I was lucky). The wetlands are clearly very well managed. Go early in the morning for good birding. Access to some areas is restricted to protect bird breeding areas, but...More

This is a fantastic place to bring kids or friends for a picnic or just to walk around. It was a bit hot when we went but lots of shady walkways to make it a bit cooler. Great for birdwatching!

Unfortunately we visited at a time when there had been little rain and most of the lagoons were dry - or close to it. Consequently there was not a great deal of wildlife to be seen (the only reason for the average rating). Interesting little...More

This was our second visit, our first was earlier in the year and the car park closes at 7.30pm, so we decided to visit in Autumn and be there for sunset when the birdlife and wildlife might be more visible. How right we were to...More
