Friendly staff from the moment we stepped out of the car. Animals are all friendly and approachable. Splash park was the highlight. Cafe with freshly made to order sandwichs were a hit. However, I feel it was fairly over priced. All in all its a great morning out.

kids love it. It's spacious, clean and relaxing. Feeding animals is always a hit with kids. Find a hot day to visit so you can even try the water world on site. Better to visit in the morning if you want to feed the animals as they don't show too much interest in food due to full tummies.

So much work has gone into this place since the last time I visited and I felt I really needed to give the staff props for their hard work! The animals were clearly well kept and happy with their homes, (the wombat did not move the whole time we were there, he was having the comfiest nap of a lifetime!)... More

I visited here with two small children, while their older siblings tackled the sand dunes down the road. A good local zoo, with opportunities to get up close and personal with the animals. There's a similar zoo in Port Macquarie, and if you're doing the North Coast driving tour, the Port Macquarie zoo is a bit bigger and probably the... More

Went for a day out. Wasn't sure what to expect. $28.50 for an adult entry plus $1.50 for a bag of feed. Family passes are available too. But we had a really enjoyable day. Had it been a bit warmer we really could have spent the whole day there. Walking around feeding all types of animals. Plus info sessions on... More

Great place for young children to become aware of and feed small animals. Twice daily there is a feeding of goats and assorted animals under a shelter. Also one could milk a cow under the supervision of very good staff. After the feeding, there are pens where various animals including a water buffalo, kangas, emus, birds, etc. The Koala exhibit... First time visit with large family group including young children and teenagers. All had a terrific time. The park is beautifully maintained and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Opportunity to get up close and feed animals was great fun - free range kangaroos were a favourite. Splash zone water park a big hit with the littlies and plenty of... More

We really enjoyed this. Our little girl hit yk bottle feed baby lambs and then hand feed other farm animals. The reptile show was good. (Needed to show the baby croc) and the koala show also good but they try to smash you on the cost of a photo or an experience. The water park was great and all the... More

I went with my son, his wife and family, 5 children aged from 20 months to 14 years, there was something for everyone, food can be bought there but they also have bar-b-ques if you wish to bring your own lunch. Lots of hands on activities, bottle feeding the babies and feeding of the kangaroos etc. The new splash pool... More
