Has a very English feel to it. Has a gazebo and lots of European style trees, a pond with a quaint little bridge and ducks and there is a walking track that follows Queenstown Bay and the Frankton Arm and a frisbee golf course. There is also an ice skating rink located nearby.

Walked with our young grand daughter, immaculate grounds, peaceful and a fabulous freebie to be enjoyed by all. Bet the rose garden is stunning in season.

This is all up hill so take your time and enjoy it. The paths were very wet and and slippery on August 17th. Wonderful views on a sunny day.

The disc golf course is lots of fun and its free. Plenty of places in town sell or hire out discs. The gardens themselves have some impressive trees and the outlook over the lake and too the snow capped mountains is stunning.

Great for a stroll around in nice weather and great views. Can feed ducks to. We played through the frisby golf course which is great and well laid out.

This was a beautiful place to go for a walk and unwind after a long day. Very kid friendly and close to the center of town.

Walked through the gardens twice on my stay. it is just gorgeous and well looked after. as we had some time to kill before going to the airport we went straight back to the gardens for a wander. the lake side path is just breath taking. Unfortunately didn't have enough time for Frisbee Golf.

Beautiful gardens and like everywhere else in Queenstown, stunning views. Felt like there was too much hype for what it was Interesting "Golf Frisbee" game!

It was winter during our visit, so there was nothing much to see in the garden. The garden provided a lot of sports facilities, good place to hang around with friends in the evening. Scenery was good with the snowy mountain and its just beside Lake Wakatipu. Overall a good place to hang around but nothing special for tourist.

My husband and I recently visited Queenstown and we were absolutely amazed at the beauty of this quaint village. The entire town is worth exploring by foot, including the stunning lakefront and the gorgeous gardens. We visited in August and it was the perfect temperature to take a long walk and enjoy the serenity and clean crisp air. Queenstown is... More
