A place worth to visit in Invercargill and the coolest place I've ever been. Totally historic and artistic, can be a little bit creepy but I guess it's because of the nostalgic atmosphere. Love it! 絕對有比二手市集跳蚤市場更酷的收藏品,另類藝術的表現。

Wow, what a collection out here. Need a spare hour or so to look around. Has been set up with a lot of thought. A great look if you looking for something to do or for something Quirky

We had no idea what to expect. What we found is a place that you really need to experience with an open mind. It has been built with a lot of imagination and great ideas. We felt it was more like a creepy horror movie set complete with mannequins with scary faces and old music playing on a scratched CD.... More

A mouldering pile of bits and pieces from NZ history. Lots of rescued buildings and artifacts in a surreal assemblage. What a unique achievement resulting from the demolition business.

We visited this attraction on the way back from Bluff. Its easy to find and only like 10 minutes drive from Invercargill city center. We were greeted by receptionist who advised on best place to start. Demolition world is full of creepy, amazing and astonishing artifacts. I went crazy taking selfies with all the characters i could find. We saw... More

I asked a few locals about this place and they didn't seem to know about it. Demolition World is about 1.5 klm from the nearest bus stop but a pleasant walk, if you are driving there is parking outside. The yard is a working Demolition yard but the owners hobby is the displays, it is free entry but there is... More

Neat little place full of surprises. We really enjoyed looking at all the old things and comparing them to modern times. Would be great for teaching the young ones about the old times. We also got some really great pictures for the holiday album! Donations aren't mandatory but if you go you should give a donation out of courtesy.
