We visited for a wine tasting. The place was heaving with diners, but the friendly lady who served us kept finding the time in between other pressures, to chat with us about our wine tasting choices, and to make us feel we were important customers to her. The wines were an interesting mix, with the botrytis riesling a standout.

Great staff and recommend booking the place. The staff were busy with the restaurant but took the time to explain to us about the wine. Great wine recommend trying the corners marlbourough sauvignon blanc 2013. Must come and try the wine

My partner and I visited for lunch today and were blown away! The food was absolutely delish and the wine recommendation matched beautifully. Was nice to receive a free tasting with our meal too. Highly recommended to others, I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Blenheim.

These guys really changed my mind on what I thought of Chardonnay. I really like theirs. Enjoyed everything we tasted. Our time was short so we only tried 4of the many on offer. The way they offer the tasting was really relaxed compared to other tastings and you are left for a few minutes to savour and discuss your thoughts... More

This was worth a visit and the nicest lunch we have had in the two weeks we have been holidaying. Service was excellent, efficient and friendly. Water was brought quickly and the menu was explained along with the wine options. Harissa marinated chicken breast with healthy bulgar salad and steak sandwich with chunky fries both super tasty and of adequate... More

Good food and wine in front of the open fire. enjoy the wine tasting or sitting on the verandah or under the trees in finer weather.

The sparkling & Chardonnay wine at this winery are the stand outs. I personally found the hosts to be a bit "highly strung". Having said that, I did buy wine from here, I just wouldn't eat here.

Rock Ferry was recommended to us by the staff at Saint Clair Estate. It is a small winery with a cafe. The wines were excellent and the staff were very knowledgeable. It's great to see people who are passionate about their work. We had a tasting and liked the place so much we returned in the afternoon for a cheese... More

Really enjoyed our visit to Rock Ferry Wineries. Our tour guide Chris from Na Clachan Wine Tours took us here for a tasting and lunch. We are so glad he did. The wine was great and food was even batter! Read more about our experience here: http://www.peanutsorpretzels.com/experience-new-zealand-wine-private-wine-tour-marlborough-new-zealand/
