We had a great time on Saturday at Staglands. Sarah and the team did an awesome job feeding 150 people! The barn is a great place to host events.

Lots of opportunities to get up close and personal with the wildlife (eels, fish, ducks, rabbits, goats, birds of multiple varieties, kunekune pigs, guinea pigs etc), multiple different areas and heaps of fun - well worth the drive!

Superb grounds, staff are super friendly, cafe food is fab and the whole experience is lovely. Kids loved it and added bonus it was spring so lots of baby animals:)

Thanks for all the helpful comments! As mentioned above we are open everyday but Christmas, last entry to the Reserve is 5pm and cafe is 4.30pm.

Hi There, Tere is no public transport available for Staglands. Visitors require their own transport to get here. We are located within one hours drive of Wellington Central.
