I did buy one piece which I absolutely fell in love with but I could have bought so many more if only my credit card would have allowed me :-) not to mention I am not local... More

I truly enjoyed my stay on the Wellington waterfront, and even more so finding unique galleries to explore the local artwork. While I didn't buy anything on this trip, I have a feeling a return trip would bring many new creative artworks to pursue ....

Loved this place. There is such a lot of things to look at and the price range is diverse. The atmosphere, cleanliness and even the smell made you feel at ease looking around.

enjoying a meander around Wellington on a sunday morning on a recent weekend to Wellington I happened upon the Art Gallery so thought would pop in, delighted that I did, it is a small gallery with contemporary art installations but very interesting to wander around, worth a good hour of your time

We're from Wellington and we often take visitors to Kura and a similar shop right next door called Ora. Our guests have always found something to pick up and treasure. We have often bought gifts and occasionally items for our own house at these two high-end stores. Highly recommended if you want something New Zealand and arty.

Part of a cruise line food tour but found great crafts and jewelry - well worth the stop!
