I saw conflicting information about the hours for the market, so I wasn't sure it would be open when we got there. Sadly it wasn't. But at least I can tell other people what the hours are, so you can get luckier than we did....More

Went here recently looking for something as Christmas presents to family members. Found a picture seller who had many different types of pictures, maps and the like for sale. Maps are great as they are all originals not reproductions. Found what we needed and made...More

I'm not a big fan of flea markets, so keep that in mind. The daughter is, and she enjoyed it. Variety of stalls... candles, jewelery, clothing, art, food, beauty products, decor. Most people not pushy and some went out of their way to ignore you....More

Lots to choose from and quite a nice walk around to fill in time but most items are expensive and clearly aimed at tourists. You may find something you want there.

We had a quick wander through these markets. Some interesting things to buy at reasonable prices. After visiting markets worldwide, there was nothing outstanding about these ones, but they were also certainly not the worst we have visited. Your experience totally depends on what you...More

It was just by chance that we called in after being to Te Papa, we hadn't been here before and was amazed at all the different things that we could buy, the food stalls were amazing so indulged in some dumplings, this place is amazing

I think the food on offer was just as interesting as the stuff that was being sold! Big pots of paella being cooked up! The stuff on sale was quite random , but still worth a walk around.

This market is in the car park on the waterfront, and is just a series of artisan stalls selling clothing, food and local items. It is much the same as any other market, and not really worth a special visit.

Situated along the waterfront of Wellington harbour the market features a variety of traders offering local crafts, artisan goods and food. Some of the stalls were interesting others less so. Right at the back of the market(closest to the city) we found a food vendor...More

There is no designated parking at the market which is at Frank Kitts Park. Check on line for parking in that area. The walk around the waterfront is lovely so if you have to park a bit further away enjoy a walk, there's... More
