We were the first ones off the ship and Craig was there waiting for us. We had a wonderful and exciting adventure! We enjoyed learning about Wellington as well as New Zealand. Craig was an amazing and fun guide for young and older folks. Craig’s tour was so much better than the tours our fellow passengers went on. We came back with the best pictures! Craig also took us to the Havana Coffee Factory and I brought a few pounds back to San Diego. Wish Havana Coffee was as accommodating as Craig as we loved their coffee. Craig you made our cruise and we hope to see you again soon!!

My wife booked this on line before we went to New Zealand & supposedly had only recently been offered on line. We had a great experience with Craig Stoddard, owner & tour guide. He showed a lot of Wellington, shore line, mountain areas, & lots of info on route. I would do this again & recommend it greatly. Craig was an excellent guide, lots of info, & really took time to show us around.

What an amazing and extraordinary day we had with Craig from Kiwi Coastal Tours. He brought us on a very informative tour of the city and country side. We started the tour in town and ended with him dropping us off at the top of the Wellington Cable Car. He was very knowledgeable with history, entertainment (Wellywood), political (business district plus US Politics!) and scenic coast. Our highlight of the trip was the wild life coast filled with seals and feeding the deer! We found him on trip advisor and had no idea we would be his only passengers for the trip. What a treat from the herd of people we usually travel with on the cruiseship. Would highly recomend!

I like a bit of adventure when I travel, so I booked a trip with Craig for a 4wd trip from Wellington. He's a very personable individual and a typical Kiwi with his sense of humour. Great knowledge of the city and surrounds. The trip takes you into what I would regard as very serious off-road areas along the coast near Wellington up the mountain and along the shore. Views were spectacular and included deer, fur seals, and plenty of geologic views of the fault line structures. It is a small group tour and well worth the cost. It even ended with him dropping me at a recommended seafood restaurant which worked out very well.

Great trip with a guide who has a wealth of knowledge (some trivial, some historical, geographical, meteorological) but all relevant and entertaining. Great value in any weather. Recommend to locals and visitors from NZ & International. Thanks Craig for the local knowledge on bars and restaurants. (Had dinner at Riva's and a sundowner at 'The Dirty Little Secret'
