Huka is not realy a fall but a very fast flowing river. And by fast I mean realy fast. A pity is that the parking lot is at the fall and not further away. A tramp to reach the fall would give it a goal.
A tremendous waterfall, not for the drop, but for the power and volume of water falling. An attractive, but busy, site with plenty of walking close to the falls and riverside. Good signboards re routes and plenty of parking.
