Always Well worth a stop! Nature at it's best! Great! Be careful to leave the carpark before 5.30pm as they lock the gate!

We were in awe of the stunning view. Great for tourists, ample parking 😀. Wished the weather was better but I'm sure it is just amazing in great weather

Visited Huka Falls recently as part of a road trip. Previously have visited on several occasions over a period of time. Great photo opportunities and being able to cross part of it on a bridge and see the enormous volume of water that rushes by beneath you is spectacular.

For a free activity, the falls are very impressive to watch because they are ridiculously powerful. To can catch the full power from the bridge that crosses over the river and then there is a small 2min walk to get the whole view and see it from different angels. If you are the nature type, there are also walks ranging... More

F you are staying inTaupo, you have to stop off at Huka Falls. It is an awe inspiring site seeing the bluest of waters rushing down the gorge at 200 000 litres per second. There is no entry fee and it is just outside of town. There is a very nice walk with plenty of view points.

Amazing scenic you cannot missed. Massive crystal clear water flow just blow your mind. It is shame that we arrived too late for the last jetboat for the day. Must re-visit one day.

What a fantastic feature to have almost in town! Another great FREE attraction for Taupo. Remember to bring a little change to donate to help maintain the facilities or if you want to use the toilet.
