Would not recommend this place to anyone who values there life. Ok that's an overstatement but seriously not real safe or fun. Customer service was appalling, so bad I had to actually laugh..this is a joke right? It seemed like a hassle that they had to take us out on the horses. Weren't given any instruction on how to ride... More

Supposed to be a fun outing but left feeling shaken, worried and bruised. The horses were not as well trained as advertised (western style riding), with two riders getting bucked off (one rider has been riding for 30 years). Cantering in a group felt unsafe, and this was not listened to when suggested after first close call. Inadequate follow up... More

Our experience can be summarised as 1. arrogant staff 2. unsafe trek management and 3. Inadequate follow up. These horses are not safe to canter in a group. Two bucked, one kicks, another wants to take off.. These are horses that experienced riders would fall off. If you do fall off, do not expect anyone to come up and ask... More

Thank you for such an amazing experience. We were a little nervous because we are inexperienced. Our 4 and 7 year old absolutely loved it! Our advice is to listen carefully and be calm then it will be a peaceful, happy experience. Thank you for such a wonderful time and great memories for us.

We had a great time on the Trek, my partner had never ridden a horse before but he had the best time! The scenery was beautiful and you felt so free being away from the hustle and bustle of town. In the middle of the trek, the owners stopped us and asked if we wanted to go one way and... More

This crew has it down. Even with a double booking of an extended trek the Team got on with what was required. Made my first time riding at 40 seem effortless as the horses seem to gauge what I was up for before I was. Miss 6 was fearless and impressed. Again with tutorials a 6 year old got no... More

I received a fast return phone call to book my Daughter aged 5yrs, nearly 6yrs for a birthday treat, and myself on a 1hr trek. It cost $70 per person. We arrived early for our 9.30 trek, and must admit, upon first getting there, thought it was empty, but they were just getting the horses. They were very knowledgable and... More

Sent an email to book an appointment, and she didn't even bother to write back to me. Showed up the next day and the lady was SO rude. Terrible customer care, she couldn't even bother to look at me when she spoke. I don't know how the tour was because we never ended up going but would never consider going... More
