We stopped by Kerosene Creek and had so much fun in the creek. Once you drive in, there is plenty of space for cars to park. There is also a public toilet you can use to change if needed (no showers). Best thing is you...More

We were taken here by Stepehen our wonderful guide from 'Real Rotorua' The surrounding forest was similar to back home in Scotland but the water was warm...unlike Scottish water! Beautiful place to walk ,swim or simply dip your feet into the lovely warm water

A well worth visit. Down a metal road which can sometimes be pretty rough. Nice easy walk to the waterfall & pond. To hot to go in the summer time. If lots of rain it is to cold. Good for all ages & free.

Take a torch if going at night. Natural hot springs in a wonderful setting. Bit of a walk to get in but well worth it.

This place is so weirdly good. I am sure there are quite a few "hot" streams in the area due to the geothermal nature of Rotorua, but his one is well known and so we opted for it. It's an easy drive to get to...More

The swimming hole is easy to find with plenty of parking and a basic toilet at the carpark. The info board repeatedly warns you to lock your car to avoid theft. A short walk alongside the creek later you arrive at the main swimming spot,...More

The less people know, the better.........because this is a kiwi gem. Even my kiwi mates didn't know about it. Such warm, natural water in a perfect bush environment. Great in any weather. It is a must go on every return trip.....for us.....not you.....go away 😁
