This is an incredible experience, going along a real railway track in a small motorised vehicle. The staff member on duty, Collette, was very helpful and let us have coffee in Mamaku station before we left. You feel perfectly safe and get to see the...More

Nice fun going along country side, native bush , in a self driven car on an old railway. Great commentary along the way. The ride is good in any kind of weather.

We enjoyed the experience. It's something different and fun. Would be great if they had a toilet or cafe at the end of the line. Maybe one day. The staff were friendly and the carts comfortable. Worth a visit once during your time in NZ.

What a great experience. Self drive four-passenger rail car on narrow gauge railroad for an hour. Through beautiful country. This is totally worth the venue fee,
