From the moment we were picked up for our 3 hour experience till we were dropped back at the hotel the whole experience was warm professional enlightening and enjoyable. After the traditional welcome the short informative cameos on Maori life were entertaining and full of crowd participation. Next the singing of waiata-songs- and haka-dance-were spell binding, to be followed by... More

Food spread was good and they catered for the vegetarians in the party as well. The traditional singing and dancing were fab.... More

Great trip to learn about Maori culture! Whole family enjoyed the experience plus dinner. Pick up from all hotels is easy, then depart from Central Park in Rotorua. You learn language, trade crafts, and dances. Staff is friendly and inviting. Wallace the driver was a good singer and funny! Highly recommend!

Picked up at hotel and brought to the site. Our "chief" was met by the MAori tribe. Group broken into several smaller groups and visited different huts in village. Each had a event lead by a maori man or women team. Fun and informative. Then a large dance presentation in a central hall. Again Aces. A large buffet meal was... More
