The experience of rolling down a hill inside a giant inflatable ball has been an iconic adventure experience since Andrew and David Akers developed the first operation in the world in Rotorua back in 1997. Rotorua remains the ONLY location in New Zealand where you can experience this amazingly fun and bizarre activity. With a new site just 5 minutes from the town centre with a hill that is almost twice as long, you can ride with 1, 2 or 3 people inside the same H2OGO (with warm water in winter or cool water in summer),race against your friends, or try the Harness OGO where you are securely strapped in and sent rolling head over heels through the trees down our custom designed harness track.OR … try our BRAND NEW ride; THE FISHPIPE!A new and unique type of water ride where you slide for over 600 metres! Further than the longest water-slide in the world!Up to 3 riders, 75 litres (20 gallons) of water and a barrel that spins at up to 45 revolutions per minute (although we can slow it right down for the kids and those of you with nervous dispositions.)If you’re riding solo, you can slide, try to run inside, or even try surfing on your feet. With 2 or 3 riders inside you slip and slide together in a tangled mess ... backwards, sideways, frontwards, upside-downwards and whose-foot-is-that-in-my-mouthwards.Open 364 days from 9:00 to 5:00pm in all weather conditions, do not miss out on this unique New Zealand invention. No bookings necessary.

We had a 9 year old, a 6 year old and 2 adults who all loved it. It was not cheap, but if you are only going to do it once, spend the money, it was worth every cent! And buy the pictures, they still make us laugh!

Great outdoor activity - wet or dry ride down hill in a giant "plastic inflated ball - either straight or "sidewinder", wet or dry! Provided with videocam for selfie during entire ride If doing "wet" togs and warm clothes required - warm baths on completion Short rides with a variety of multi options A pure fun experience

Great fun, and a great experience. They have seating available, a spa to keep you warm, and heaters + hair dryers in the changing rooms.

Did the sidewinder with my wife. It was the most awesome experience! Dip the gopro though; our guide advised it and I heard him, but I didn't dip it nearly enough. Try for every couple of seconds or your video comes out very steamy. The hot tubs at the end are an awesome touch.

Who thought being rolled down a hill in a giant ball could be so much crazy fun? :D we got the package deal for two trips, and it was very reasonably priced. Some may say it seems expensive, but once you've done it you'll find it was totally worth it! (The staff were very accommodating when I wanted to give... More

When we went to go and Ogo it looked quiet expensive initially, however we went for a two people together down the bendy track with water. It was amazing, totally loved. We didn't stop laughing from start to finish and we recommend everyone give it ago. The place was lovely and clean, at the end there was a wood burner... More

I took Master 10 along to this one as it was something he really wanted to do. First up we did the Sidewinder together which he completely loved, so he went on to do the Sidewinder again solo and a straight downhill run. He had a blast and the staff were professional and friendly. Pocket money is already being saved... More

Although it's a pretty overpriced activity, it's one of those things that you do after hearing about all the hype. It was over pretty quickly. You wait for the car to bring you up, wait for your turn, go in, tumble around for 2 minutes, and that's that. It took me longer to get to the location than to do... More
