Had a great day at the zoo with my hubby. We got stuck at the Rhinos and Giraffes and could watch them for hours. The day can be as long or as short as you would like it to be. We had a great afternoon at the zoo.

This zoo offers interactive activities and guided tours as well as informative talks.theres a cafe in site and gift shop and lots of parking.?you will need your own transport to get there. There's a huge range of animals on display in areas as close to natural as possible. They are always improving. They have white rhinos, tigers, chimps, red pandas,... More

During the recent school holidays my two grandchildren and I decided one grey and overcast day that we would go to Hamilton Zoo. I walk with the aid of a walker and on entering the Zoo was impressed with the lady in the reception, she asked if I would be interested in a mobility scooter as it is slightly hilly... More

It's lovely to see what they've done with the space, and there's a surprisingly large collection of animals here. They all seem happy and well cared for, I can't think of a single enclosure that I thought wasn't up to standard. A really nice day out.

It's not very big but fun. The monkey area is very nice! Staff in the zoo is very friendly. I would say is a bit overpriced.

It was 3rd time going there . My son is 6 n half. He enjoyed lots of animals n birds. Especially we liked giraffes n chimpanzee. We also could hear animal encounter zookeeper ' s speeches about Kea. It was useful for all of us. Good walking also pram friendly.

Lovely park-like setting that wasn't too big for the kids to moan about walking but big enough to keep us busy for a couple of hours. We were well impressed with the variety of animals to see (so many types of monkeys!) and it was even cooler to see animals that are normally asleep so active; Red Panda and Tigers... More

We brought a Family Pass for a year, as we are on a budget. Each time we visit we explore a section and spend quite some time at each animal enclosure. We love the fact that the keepers will stop and answer any questions that people have, it's that extra 'touch' that makes it a joy to visit.
