Went here for an All Blacks game last year. Great Venue, so easy to get to. the toilets were clean and tidy and they didn't run out of any liquor...

Add this to your bucket list - everyone deserves the chance to experience a Chiefs game at Waikato Stadium. Great location; great atmosphere; and great rugby.

At the Stadium for the Chiefs Rebels game. Great facility and a great location. Often there fundraising as a licensed bar manager raising funds for my Rotary club.

This stadium is well designed and the layout makes for easy entry and exit. The location being so close to motels etc is extremely good. We were fortunate in being hosted in a corporate hospitality room at a recent Chiefs game. The amenities and service areas are very accessible well laid out & signed to make movement to your seat... Reluctantly taken to a Rugby game but was pleasantly surprised by the ease of entry despite huge numbers attending the game. Food and drink were readily available and plenty of staff to guide us your seats. All very friendly and the seats were reasonably comfortable and set out so we could see the whole pitch. An interesting and pleasant experience.

Get off the couch at least once this rugby season and get along to the Stadium to watch a live game. You just can't beat it and Waikato Stadium has a great set up to cater for all budgets.

Fantastic ground for watching a game. Food is OK although they were struggling to make enough chips the other night. Going to try the pizza next time. Hold on, was I reviewing food or the game? Maybe both. Make sure to get tickets early for big games, we were lucky to get a seat the other week for chiefs vs... More

No eftpos facilities? Is this 2016? Come on guys ... Having to queue for cash is something you do at school fairs not major sporting events.

Waikato Stadium is primarily set up for Cricket, but will occasionally support other entertainments. I went to see Cricket and found it to be quite pleasant, comfortable, and well suited for the event. There are limited food and drink options, but lines moved quickly and you can bring your own picnic supplies with you (no alcohol however can be brought... More
