Loved the shops and eating places.

Excellent choices of different foods. Amazed at the different ethnic shops along the route. Love the clean atmosphere.

This was a great place for a weekend activity. Lots of action, children enjoying the play areas and quite a crowd making the most of the lovely weather strolling around or enjoying the many cafes. Of course the multitude of luxurious boats are wonderful to look at. You could spend hours here on a nice day.

The viaduct is home to a number of restaurants, a wonderful fish market and things to see. A lifting bridge which lets the luxury motor yachts pass beneath and a working port. For the visitor there is easy access by bus via Britomart, there is parking in the vicinity, the maritime museum is a must visit. Pedestrians are welcome as... More

If you have just a few hours to spend in the city, don't waste your time in Queen Street, go to the harbor! You can have a walk, take pictures, watch the sea, take the kids to the playground, have a coffee, lunch dinner and go clubbing. In the summer you can also watch a movie at silo Park by... More

The viaduct Harbour is beautiful. Lovely to walk around during the night or day. Has benches you can sit on and enjoy the view of the harbour whilst sipping your coffee or having lunch. So many restaurants can be accessed from the harbour.

Lots of places to eat and really nice atmosphere to take out of town visitors. And if you are lucky you get to see the walking bridge raise up for a boat to sale through. There are playgrounds for the kids and the boats in the harbour are lovely sites. Very trendy eateries and ice cream places if the weather... More

I wouldn't call myself a sailing tragic but I know the difference between a stern and sternum. The Harbour in Auckland provides one of the most breathtaking collections of ocean vessels this side of the Equator. Possibly only outshone by Monaco or Amalfi, there is plenty to get excited about. The bias is definitely toward sailing vessels from 16 foot... More

Absolutely love this. So much to see and do. You don't have to be a boaty person to come here. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. Lots to see.
