I walked around the village. Picturesque village, wharf and lots of places to eat. You can buy tickets to sail on the America's cup style boat.

Area in which you walk through. Interesting. Got to see bridge opening for yachts to go through. Interesting area. Also closed to the Maritime museum.

If you're a boatie and looking for somewhere to meander around on the weekend or visiting Auckland this is a great option. Close to lots of eating places and reasonable parking and transport facilities.

We live in St Heliers and have a delightful beach front, but it cannot compare with the Wynyard Quarter and America Cup Village where Hip meets Hop and sunshine makes the place absolutely magical. So, when we want to pick ourselves up, we head off...More

Very interesting vessels, if you have the time take a cruise on one of the America's cup winners, it's a blast.
