Love this Park, it's beautiful surrounds, loads of walks, animals, stunning 360* views from the top, a wedding setting and a large BBQ area. Fields in abundance with sheep cows, goats etc. Lovely restaurant and an ice cream shop. It's a must spring and summer day out or Autumn for that matter. Great picnic park and fun for kids to... Early spring is possibly the best time to visit: daffodils and other spring bulbs will be out in huge profusion under the oak trees. And there will be lambs and possibly calves on view. Mid-spring you'll get fabulous blossom trees on display. But the open spaces, trees, views (especially if you go to the hill top) are rewarding at any... More

Amazing park to walk around and people watch walk to the top of One Tree Hill or circumnavigate the hill around the bottom. Good to visit in Spring time with spring flowers out and new born lambs roaming freely Have an ice cream or lunch at the kiosk. Take your picnic rug and have a picnic

Nice park if you look for a short walk to a medium walk in the middle of Auckland. Easy to walk with kids and not so fit people in various age group.

This is a gorgeous park with lovely old trees. There is a very informative Tourist Centre and plenty of walking tracks. Lots of green for the children to play, lovely cafe for coffee or ice cream or a meal if you must. One Tree Hill is also accessible by car or foot for lovely breeze and views of Auckland. The... I have been told by the many guest I have shown around Auckland that Cornwall park and one tree hill will stick in their memory bank It give you a good panoramic view of the city and perspective of the lay out of Auckland. Also the park is absolutely beautiful

Vast Victorian era farm left to the city in the early 1900s as a bequest of its owner. Visited the summit of the park with Auckland City Tours. Michael, our driver explained that he brought us to Victoria Park because there is now a gateway scheme at Eden Hill which forces all ‘able bodied’ people to walk up to the... More

Visited here many times with Travelers either passing through Auckland down to the Southern Lakes, or family who just on a break here for a few days. They can relax and enjoy the expanses of green or photograph themselves around the impressive Trees. Lunch at the Restaurant is always a pleasure or if you just want an Ice-cream or a... More

This beautiful, tree-filled park is open, free to the public and lies about a 10 minute drive from Auckland city centre. It is an ideal park to have a walk - either a short stroll or a long walk to the top of the hill to get a spectacular view of Auckland. You can also ride a bike through, have... More

Please note my pun in the title. Had a lovely afternoon here with a girl I had just started seeing. The awkward silences were filled with bleating and other sheep related noises, and those were just lousy personal impressions. Listen, the sun was out and I had a cute girl lying down with me naming our new grazing friends, can't... More
