I've wanted to do the penguin experience for so long and was lucky enough to have my partner buy it for my birthday in December. Everything about this experience was amazing. It was us and another couple and we started off with our guides (Nicky and Kiara) taking to the front of house penguin area where they told us a few facts about the penguins before quickly taking us into the back area to get ready for the ice. Honestly if you've ever seen random people or keepers on the ice and thought that looks so cool I can confirm its amazing being on the other side of it. We were lucky enough to get an up close look at a couple of the penguin chick's before sitting down to chill with them. I loved being able to ask all of my questions cause I had a fair few and I learnt so much like how there are gay penguin couples who some times raise chicks. I would 100/10 recommend doing this to the point where I would quite happily pay to do it again.…

A really cool set up and the penguins were a definite highlight. My daughter loved the wall where the sea came right up to it. Pretty pricey but still worth it for what you see. Take your AA card cos this gives you a discount but no-one at the counter asks if you have one (I didn't realise this until we had been!)…

The animals were amazing, it was the people who made out experience average. We purchased our tickets online so we could skip the line, but no one was keeping the lines organized so we ended up waiting for 30+ minutes behind people who were waiting to buy and book things. The staff could have showed some initiative and had one person serving online customers to speed things up. This was frustrating because we only had the morning to be there before we had to go to the airport. I bought an activity pack for my niece and it was missing half of the stuff it was supposed to have in it. We ordered coffee, one with soy, and this got mixed up so my sister got an upset stomach which was unpleasant on the plane ride home.…
