Suggest getting the Hop On/Off Bus tour ticker bundle when purchasing Ferry Ticket as it is cheaper than deciding to purchase later on thw Island. GUIDED bus tour is informative and friendly, additional benefit is that it takes a route that includes Mudbrick Winery not...More

Enjoyed our troops in the Fullers Ferries in Auckland and a great way to see the lovely harbour. We went across to Devonport and enjoyed wandering around the shops, the beach and the local tourist spots. It's a quicker way to travel across if you...More

We arrived the day before we wanted to go to Rangitoto and went to buy ferry tickets. The lady at the counter said there was no need and didn't sell them to us. The next day we very nearly didn't make it as we were...More

the harbour cruise was good but the booking system is bad that we missed the original time for the cruise due to overbooking and wrong signage.

The ferry was comfortable, quick and accommodating as they held it for us to run to catch it and not have to wait a further 1/2 hour! A calm trip both ways although wrap up as it could be a little cool.

For the most part the service was fine, on returning from Mt Rangitoto we waited to dock as another ferry was docked. After waiting for our turn to dock there was no announcement that the ferry had docked and we could get off. After the...More

The ferries are well run and on time. This is an inexpensive way to sightsee outside the city and to see a bit of the Hauraki Gulf.

Question for those of you who have used Fullers to visit the various islands... If you had one day to sail from Auckland and visit an island, which island would it be and why? I'm having a hard time discerning which is the best fit for my wife and I. We primarily enjoy a varied experience of "exploring" and "seeing the sites." Thanks

Waiheke island without any doubt. It has the greatest variety of experiences so the best for a one day visit. Food and wine are it's strengths. Rangitoto for a walking experience and Tiritiri Matangi for a nature experience. More

Many thanks for your review - could you advise where you would recommend parking as we are planning on staying over at Waiheke Island for a few nights and want to leave our car at Devonport? Thanks
