This arcade is my default go to to see all my friends and take my other friends too. There's something for everyone and I've definitely "accidentally" spent the whole day there many times.
The staff are amazing and I love just going to the front desk just wave hello before going off to play some games.

Claw machines are rigged not to allow any prizes to be won. We spent in excess of $50 on claw machines and every occasion, the prize would fall right through the bottom of the claws. They expect you to pay full price but you can’t win anything! Really shocking!

So far the best place for well maintained rhythm/music games cabinets in Auckland - especially DDR. Been visiting once a week ever since i've gotten into DDR. Will recommend this arcade who wants to get into stepping arrows.

Great place to hang out. All the staff were very helpful and nice to talk to. Especially Connor and Jess. Place is clean and has a large variety of games to choose from. Love it!!

BECA SOCIAL CLUB a wonderful experience, with in these facilities, very good customer engagement, very professional, and just an all fun environment. I brought 98 members with their families and the feed back I got was ALL Positive!!! Plenty of games to last at least 3 hours of good fun, great specials available and the gift shop has so many option to exchange your hard earnt tickets this will be our second visit You can bet it wont be our last Thank you Kathy and team.

I was flabbergasted at the venue, clean, tidy and such a huge range of games, in the almost 3 hours we were there I still didn't get around to every game. The games included the general games you would find, but also included horse riding, dj turntables, drumming and a number of music related games, driving games to boot. Also a very cool Japanese drumming game which I will try next time. It also had the coolest ever - karaoke rooms which have fantastic sound and u shut the door for great surround private sessions and windows so u can look and check in on the kids. It also had a VR game which required staff to start up. I will definitely try that next time. I'm already planning to go back next week. Just loved this place nothing to fault. They've thought of everything - even couches to sit on for those tired legs as there's so much on offer.
The staff were only too happy to help, no eye rolls or too busy, despite being super busy the staff were second to none. Extra helpful and customer service on point.
I had a birthday there for my son, due to having 6 children and booking ahead, there was a room included for free with a lovely little set up, bench with sink/fridge and you can take your own food in, you just need to make sure the food is eaten only in the room, they also had a meal deal with burgerfuel next door to them so I had pre-ordered the kids meals to be delivered and the staff picked it up and delivered this to the birthday room: $11 per meal - burger/chips/drink loved how I only had to bring a cake to the venue. Toilets were above through an elevator on Level 2 from UB level to the far right with a code to get in - super tidy toilets and 4 available to use, so make sure the kids go before playing time. The deal was $16 for an hour of gaming on blue tagged games - great value(just make sure not to swipe twice if you think it didn't swipe in the first instance as it will deduct $$ from the card) because I had 6 little 10 year olds in tow - this happened and the staff member checked each card for play and gave them back the games they would've had if they hadn't swiped in the wrong way - super fair and just overall value for money. Then with the remaining $16 (yes blue games pretty much for free) the children could play on the green/pink games using their actual credit. To top it off no cardboard card tickets to collect and carry around, any tickets earned on games automatically add onto the card allocated. Then you redeem them in the shop which has a great array of options for the kids, and lollies and toys that they absolutely love. We will be making this a regular birthday occurence as such value for money and the service impeccable and I'm one of those mums that is quite picky but I coudn't fault anything.The total cost for 6 kids was $16 per card each child = $96 and I only had to pay for 5x kids for meals at $55. Total cost = $151 as they give the 6th meal for free due to having 6 kids or more:

Fantastic place for a kids party, staff were extremely helpful; and nothing was a problem. We all had a great time and will be back.

My daughter and friends went here after their birthday party and had a fantastic time and I would like to thank Amelia very much, she sorted out a mix up with their tickets so well and I appreciated her friendly and helpful approach to the situation - she made 2 girls so very happy - thank you again, Amelia!
