Hi pmillis6, Thanks for your feedback. You mentioned that you felt that you had received “little value”. We believe on this particular Bar Hop you received a free drink at each of the 3 venues plus free pizza. With drinks at around $10 and a couple of slices of pizza about the same price, that means you already got back in food and drinks what you paid for the tour itself, so we like to think we provide our punters with pretty good value! It’s great that you both get out enough to have been to the three venues that were on that particular tour, however you guys are the first people to ever complain that all three of the venues were common knowledge and that all of them had been visited prior to their tour. In fact, Bar Hoppers regularly comment to us that they have discovered somewhere new on the tour (which is a great bonus of course) :) You also mentioned that the last venue was noisy and crowded. It’s the final stop on a bar tour on a Saturday night in the Perth CBD, and we do plan our tours carefully to ensure we finish up somewhere that’s fairly upbeat. We also try to ensure there is a reasonably diverse selection of bars on each tour as different venues appeal to different people. We’re also sorry you thought the service at the venues was average. We’ll be sure to pass that onto them. You mentioned that Steve bought you a beer and worked to integrate the group – he is an awesome host who always gets plenty of great feedback and it’s nice to hear that he went out of his way to try and make sure you enjoyed your night (especially with a free beer!) :) Again we’re sorry you felt disappointed but we do hope that our response helps address your comments.
