On the main road are the kangaroos.. the most photographed location in Perth. The original Supreme Court building is off to the left of the main building and is open to the public. Note the ring on the south wall where boats were moored. The main building has excellent restoration and stained glass. You must go through security and the... More

A pleasant detour on the way form CBD to Elizabeth quay, the gardens are small but lovely and the main attraction is the Supreme Court buildings, to be viewed from both sides.

it is a lovely location and the gardens are very well maintained but the locals that spoil it are the drunks that hang out on the benches dropping their cigarettes all over the place, it is embarrassing for tourists who are quite intimidated by the particular type of local people that seem to hand around these gardens,

This is a lovely small garden with walkways and seats. It is close to the central city and across the road from Barrack Square. We wandered through on our way to the waterfront. Nice.

We fell on this as we were walking back from Elizabeth Quay, its very pleasant and as you come out on the main road, you see some full size statue's of kangaroo's , we took some fun photos of these, they light up as it get dark, so you get a real life like photo!!!

Handy nookful of plants and trees and shade and fountains that is a delight to enjoy in the middle of the city. Need to get away from the incessant wind? This is your place. Need to take some cute selfies? This is the place. Pleasant, mostly quiet, calm, lovely spot to escape and and breathe and dream, for a moment... More
