Going to Broome means taking a visit to the Pearl farm. We had rented a car and drove ourselves which was a lot of fun. Red sandy roads and arrows to show us the way! I think the shocks on the car is better than the bus, so a good choice! We arrived to listen to the presentation which was... More

A well organised day trip by coach. Interesting commentary by driver with a good sense of humour. Informative talk by marine biologist, cool boat ride after a tea/coffee damper, and a chance to try before you buy pearls! No pressure to buy. thank you team.

We visited the Willie Creek Pearl Farm just recently and enjoyed the Eco Tour. The boat took us out into the ocean and we were surrounded by whales of all sizes. Such a wonderful experience. On the way back we had dolphins beside the boat and watching the local birds dive for their dinner. The commentary from the driver on... More

We went on a half day Willie Creek Pearl farm tour. David was our bus driver to and from the Farm north of Broome and did a fantastic commentary about Broome and the sights on our way there and back. Everything about this morning was really well organised the staff at the Farm were excellent and Rory made his talk... More

the view is just so pretty. the water is crystal blue. I'm a sucker for the coast so this awesome to me. we saw backpackers camping just before the carpark-not sure if this is allowed but this made it look a bit untidy. Once you get passed that the building is balinese in style, with a lovely covered deck, with... More

Loved this place. Learnt about the pearl culture industry, and had an enjoyable lunch then a tour of the pearling farm with an excellent guide Dave, who humoured us and told great stories. Nigel the crocodile was not out and about but we were warned of the presence and danger of the crocodiles in the area. All in all very... More

Even the kids (12 and 13 year old boys) were surprised and impressed with what they learnt over the course of the afternoon. The afternoon tea is pretty impressive, too.

We took the Willie Creek Pearl Farm tour with lunch included. We were really impressed with the knowledge and presentation by Rory. He had us laughing and learning very quickly. I doubt we will forget the five virtues: SSCCL. Th short trip in the boat was good. David, the skipper, was strong and entertaining. We are both very glad we... More

If pearls are your thing or you wish to learn about pearls take the tour. They take you into the farm areas on a vessel but keep you hands and kids inside the boat as the locals may be hungry. The tour is very interesting and great for a short lesson n pearl farming. There is a shop located at... More
