About Broome Whale Watching
Enjoy a morning or afternoon cruising Broome’s pristine waters aboard Broome Whale Watching's vessel "Orcaella". Our 50foot catamaran offers various seating and viewing areas to spot wildlife. Join us on a morning discovery of Roebuck Bay and meet our rare Australian Snubfin Dolphins and their friends. Discover the reason why Roebuck Bay, its tides and its extensive seagrass meadows are instrumental in the survival of our marine life. Meet a bobbing turtle or catch a glimpse of the elusive dugong. If you are lucky enough you may even witness our snubfin dolphins spit fishing and hear them blowing raspberries. If you fancy a later start to your day, hop aboard for a Broome sunset cruise or join us on a half-day whale watching and sunset cruise (Mid-June-Early Sept). Witness the phenomenal migration of the world’s largest population of humpback whales with Broome’s longest and most experience company offering wildlife encounters. Let our caring crew share our beautiful backyard with you

Sunset cruise and swim with Broome Whalewatching Tours. Very good communication all the way from booking to drop off back at hotel. Cruise was comfortable, full seating for everybody on board. Food was reasonable, something for everybody, drinks supplied by company well priced but can take your own if you want. Swimming on the nets looks great, those who gave it a go thought it was the best. Would not hesitate to book again with this company. John ( the skipper ) was informative with a wealth of experience. Jenna ( hostess ) was very good and very attentive. Regularly checking in to tend your needs. Give it a go.

Captain did his best but Dolphins did want not want to get up close and personal. Even so we had an enjoyable morning with great staff and snacks.

Highly recommend this cruise. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Picked up from our hotel at the designated time by the lovely crew ladies and transported to Gantheaume Point. The catamaran was immaculately presented and we were encouraged to walk about freely after the safety talk. We were able to take our own beer onboard and the crew stored it in their eski for us. We swam in the net trailing behind the boat which was so relaxing and surprisingly easy to do. The canapés served were delicious. After the net was pulled in we cruised around spotting flat back turtles and dolphins. All in all a fun, relaxing three hours and value for money.
