A great opportunity missed here. Queues go on forever, and if you just want to buy something you are in a queue with people wanting lots of advice. A separate sales desk would be a good idea.

A most popular information centre with visitors. Morning staff are under enormous pressure with visitors & could do with more counter staff. Once served the staff are most helpful. Ample brochures on display. Must visit if you require information/ tour bookings etc.

I found the experience pretty hard, especially when there are no toilets, most unusual, I had to try and find some which was not such an easy task. A bit understaffed on Sunday, but friendly and informative girls.

This team sorted everything we needed for Broome to make our stay enjoyable! A one stop shop! They arranged a fishing charter, malcolm douglas crocodile park, kimberley aviation and a sunset camel ride!

We wandered in looking for places of interest and advice. Two ladies behind the counter and probably 20 or more queuing up. No one seems interested in assuring us of assistance and another walked through the centre without giving anyone a look. We put down our souvenirs and left.
