Fabulous service

Friendly, attentive and informed staff - couldn't fault their service. Some tours not operating during the "wet" season, but still plenty on offer, and without the crowds!!

Definitely recommend a pit stop here once you first arrive in Broome town centre to help you plan your time in Broome. The staff are friendly and helpful and the visitor centre has a lot of local artwork and souvenirs by local artists for sale. They also have a lot of information on road and driving conditions which is very... More

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Well laid out Centre and some good ideas on what to do and where to go and stay whilst in Broome. Modern, bright building. Gets very busy in the dry season, so may have a wait a bit.

The staff are very knowledgeable about the Kimberley region, and can provide extensive brochures on Broome and the surrounding towns. Great place to get one's bearings.

Went to the Broome Visitor Centre to organise activities during our stay in Broome. The staff was very helpful and gave great advice. We were interested in going to the Malcolm Douglas Crocodile Park but did not have a car. A lovely staff member (forgot her name) rang a company that picks you up from the hotel and takes you... Made a special effort in the heat and humidity to traipse across the car park from the Paspaley Centre just to come to the visitor centre on our very first day in Broome. We had a ton of questions to ask and we badly needed advice on what to see and do. However, when we got to the centre, there... More

We went to see the ladies at the centre to learn about tours and other local affairs as its hard to find everything on the web (the local businesses tend not to invest in their online communication). We booked a tour through them and learnt what was shut but our hotel was able to do the same.

Enthusiastic, helpful, local staff. Heard staff talking about their favourite cafes etc so some good local knowledge available. Some suggestions were closed for the end of year/silly season break but not their fault. Great location, cool inside - low staff numbers but remember they are volunteers, it's free too.

The ladies at the Broome Visitor Centre were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the information was at their fingertips, if not they called and sourced it while I was there.
