We where only going to stay 2 nights we stayed 8 you have to drive 10kms into the lovely well watered Caravan Park, we did lots of fishing but not big enough, I caught a stingray then. Y Husband caught a sting ray the next day. People where catching sharks not that big but one early morning we saw about 20 dolphins heading North I thought I videoed it but found I didnt.
Lovely place stayed for the Saturday Markets met some lovely people from Esperance

Beautiful beach but very disappointed with staff
May 2020 • Family
In all our research on the place prior to going, we never saw it mentioned that there are too many nasties(sharks, sea snakes, jellyfish etc) in the water to be able to swim. I even asked the lady in the reception if it's safe to swim, as I had my kids with me, she didn't mention anything. She specifically told me 'it's safe to swim'. We only found out about sharks and jelly fish from other guests who were doing fishing and visit the place more often. However the beauty of the place, outstanding sunsets and sunrise & amazing wildlife to see made the extra driving to get there worthwhile. I'm very disappointed with the misleading staff that I didn't notify me about sharks and nasties. If we know you couldn't swim, as we wouldn't have gone.

SHADY SITES & STUNNING SUNSETS
Nov 2019
We never travel this highway without stopping for a few days at 80 Mile Beach Caravan Park.

During the off season you just pick your own spot in the designated area & pay at the office when it opens at 4pm. A small selection of groceries is available at reception/shop. Staff are friendly & the park is always kept watered and tidy. Every site has plenty of shade. Amenities blocks are kept clean & well stocked with bulk toilet rolls & hand soap. Camp kitchens provide cooking & washing up facilities as well as fridge & freezer. Laundry facilities & dump points are available throughout the park.

New enviro-friendly beach access boardwalks have been added to protect the dunes & as we were there during the full moon in turtle nesting season our beach walks were interesting. Lots of tracks on the beach each morning & plenty of shells as usual, my highlight.

Thank you 80 Mile Beach Caravan Park management & staff for another wonderful stay.

Such a nice surprise!

What a great spot. It is well worth the (short) drive on the unsealed road. Lovely, well maintained (grass!) caravan park. The beach is incredible. We almost didn't bother because of you cant swim at the beach (snakes, sharks etc) but the sunset was incredible.

Have just spent 26 days at 80 mile. Fabulous park with very clean amenities. Mobile coverage, TV. Shop maintains a good range of fresh food and makes bread rolls daily. Take aways available each evening. Great fishing on the beach. Beautiful place to watch sunset. Quality water, car wash bay, fish cleaning station. Can’t book but this is our 3rd trip and have never had a problem getting a site. Entertainment in the park on occasions. Markets twice week.. can’t wait to go back next year

80 mile beach

Probably the best caravan park we have been to !
Large grassy sites and plenty of them. Good Water on all sites including non powered.
Roadways watered daily to keep dust at bay. Excellent facilities. Good shop with fresh baked bread ank cakes and pies available. Markets, burger nights, ice cream happy hour and of course the beach !! Fishing, shell fossicking, sunsets, birds.......
Should be on everyones bucket list!
Don't just come for a day or two, stay a week or more and relax, and whatever you've heard about the staff I have always found them friendly, courteous and helpful.
Highly recommended

Oasis in the middle of nowhere

Enjoyed two days in this lovely park.
Large grass sites with power and water.
When power sites are full an unpowered site is offered.
Lovely beach that goes for miles along with lots of shells to collect and a good place for the fisherman.
There was a hamburger night while we were there and a mini market.
Would highly recommend this park.

Beautiful location and quiet caravan park
Jul 2019 • Family
The caravan park was clean and quiet with good amenities. One of the staff members was rude to us as soon as we drove in. In addition, I was walking with my sisters from the beach and he didn't believe us that we were staying at the caravan park. He approached my little sister three times asking the same question, and asked her for our campsite number. We explained more than once that we were staying with our parents. He then drove past our campsite around dinner time checking that we were there.
Overall the beach is beautiful and a must-see when travelling in the Pilbara/Kimberley region.

A great caravan park a short walk to 80 mile beach. Large shady sites, good clean amenities and a brilliant hamburger night once a week. Would recommend highly, a terrific place to take the family for a relaxing holiday and ... what a beach... stunning.
