If you're in the Kensington area of Melbourne and want either a park to stroll and sit in or a children's playground, take a look at the park adjoining Bayswater Road (off Epsom Road). The park is very much a local residents' park, with houses close by. There are lawns, trees (some tall eucalypts), bench seats and picnic tables, and the flatness of the land means wheelchair access is possible. The playground has three wooden structures, in three sizes, in the shapes of forts and cubby houses.

surrounded by houses on 3 sides is this lovely park amongst the trees. the playground has 3 cubby like structures. my bub really enjoyed the toy phone and the huge trees. features a great grassed area. very wheelchair friendly park that unfortunately lacks in surrounding parking spaces in the tight streets

A small local park with play equipment which is very popular with local families. A fenced boundary to the road assists with the safety aspects.

Hidden down a side street is this park. It is equipped with a large playground, BBQ, picnic tables, bench seating, old trees providing shade and much lawn for the kids to run around on. It is a great little park and a local favourite.
