My husband and I went to the Jam Factory to watch a movie and we were surprised when we entered how big it was. Other than the movies there are plenty of eating outlets and shops in the building.

Purchasing tickets for gold class very easy, shown to gold class bar, escorted to a table, orders taken, customer service brilliant. Cinema very clean, comfortable and large. Seats awesome and movie was brilliant.

A wide variety of crafts and a chance to see glass being blown. The pieces were of the highest standard and priced accordingly but great to see such quality.

Love the Jam Factory. So convenient- always goid vibe. Parking is reasonably priced, once there catch a flick - have a bite to eat and grab a drink. Clean and spacious- can't go wrong.

Went to the cinemas was clean, nice also very quiet. Staff were quite rude but the cinema set up was nice. Surrounding shops were cute. Lots of nice cafes with much better food. Not sure I would return.

We actually came in here twice, the first time looking for something to eat. To be honest all the foods outlets seem to be of the take away/fast food variety so we were not very impressed. That said I guess it has been turned into...More
