We spent a day walking around here and it is a very pretty part of Hobart. Well worth a Look if you have some spare time.there are some lovely shops and nice look out points.

We didn't plan on spending much time here. Actually just made a wrong turn, but some really impressive architecture here. Glad that we made the wrong turn.

Perfect spot to stay if visiting Hobart. Close to Salamanca with a large variety of eating venues nearby. Namely de Angelo unfortunately closed for Easter so we missed out! Pub (Prince of Wales) on the corner is a real goer for middle aged to older...More

Some amazing heritage houses and great ocean vistas here. Worth spending some time exploring the streets and checking out the large number of heritage houses.

This is a beautiful spot to see the historic homes of Hobart. If your reasonably fit, you can climb the stairs from Salamanca Place. I would highly recommend the homes in the circle between Hampdon and Macgregor St

Battery Point is a wonderful place in which to wonder at anytime. There are so many little spots to see and lots of history too. The area has scattered though it many restaurants and cafe of good quality and much variety. Always worth a visit.

Yep the Red Decker which leaves from the tourist information office. 35$ for a day or $40 for 2 days per person. I posted a review with photos if you want to take a look. Hope you find them helpful. 1 Linrob
