Overall we were quite satisfied with this trip. Just keep in mind you spend about 50% on the coach, and not much time at the wineries. Some really good suggestions to make this trip outstanding is, the morning tea break could be cut in half. The first winery at Seppeltsfield is a lovely winery, although you will not see much of it if you start listening to the history of it, from the guide. We had a 10-15 mins wonder before the tasting started. The wines are of good quality here, these trips are all about the sale, sale, just tune out. Second winery at Wolf Blass, straight into wine tasting which was more generous volumes but so much time was spent wine tasting the meal was rushed. Bread and oil was on offer with the wine tasting it turns out this was the starter for your lunch, no such thing as a free lunch as they say. Lunch was good, go for the steak, portions are a bit child like. As for the wine tour, I quote from the brochure “ learn the art of winemaking on a guided tour at Wolf Blass" never happened no mention of it, completely misleading. We only saw the main shop where the wine tasting took place and the restaurant. Far better on this trip would be to ditch Wolf Blass and have stayed at Seppeltsfield , you could relax more have a stroll around the grounds and probably have more time later on in Hahndorf. The place was far better, still I suppose it comes down to cost per head etc, having a big more time at lunch is not producing any revenue for the wineries, supply and demand. As for Hanndorf, a tourist trap which did not feel all that German to me, you get one hour here if you are lucky. Trying to please everyone on these trips is a thankless task, what I and others thought is less is best, to much is overkill.

Tour guide/driver Gary was excellent in his historical and geographical knowledge of every aspect of the trip itinerary. He was courteous and was able to address all questions posed. He is also an excellent driver.

Had an awesome evening on the Murray. On board Entertainment was amazing, Drinks weren't too expensive, Food was nothing much but cant complain...and the cruise itself was a lovely experience. Didnt see much wildlife, but the views on either side of the river are still gorgeous. In addition the drive to and from Adelaide was lovely to behold as well. (But that wasn't part of the tour)

Punctual, efficient pick ups and comfortable sight seeing tour with a small group. Our guide Gary gave a wonderful narrative as we traveled through Adelaide and on through fascinating countryside and villages . The history and local facts from Gary was full of details and in depth , we really appreciated this and felt it made the trip. The two wine tours were superb . Tash and the lunch at Wolf Blass was great . Would definitely recommend this tour

I took the full day tour with Gray Line. In the morning we stopped at Trinity church and the chocolate factory. Then the tour joined another tour for the afternoon tour. By taking the full day tour I had a break for lunch. The afternoon tour stopped at Hahndorf for about 2 hours and we also stopped at Mt. Lofty. The afternoon tour was a bit of the same from the morning tour. I did learn lots from both of the tours. I would recommend taking a city your at the beginning of your trip to Adelaide.
