Had an amazing time at the park. Walking through a field of Kangaroos and stopping to feed them, watching Koala's, Dingo's and Pelican's feed and a Tasmanian Devil to top it off. Enjoyed an afternoon at Adelaide Zoo during our stay but this was better.

Only disappointment was the limited range of food available at the cafe. Easy spend 3 to 4 hours at the venue so would be good to have more food options.

This Park was recommended by our Adelaide taxi driver. I am so glad that we decided to visit once we picked up our rental car since it was located outside of the main city center. We spent about 3 hours here but you can definitely spend more time. I suggest you contact them and schedule your visit around the keeper presentations, animal feeding times and, if interested, the Koala hold. There are lots of animals that you can see close up and even feed. The kangaroos are very gentle and love to eat from your hand. If you don’t have a car, I would definitely recommend that you contact a tour operator, especially if you have children. We joined a tour in Melbourne and went to several cities in Australia and there were really no opportunities to feed a kangaroo the entire time, especially on Clelands vast scale, so I was thrilled to have had this opportunity.

If you stay in Adelaide and you want to walk with some 500 meter ascent / descent for about 8 km, you can park your car near the Gully falls. Walk in the direction of the wildlife park, sometimes quite steep but nice views and several falls to admire. Keep into account that they are improving the path, but in the weekend the normal route will be accessible. The wildlife park is a great experience. Buy some feed so you can get in contact with ducks, gooses, walibi and kangaroo. You can feed the walibi and kangaroo. The close up with the Koala was also a great experience (from 11 AM till 12 AM). After the visit in the wild life park, we went up to Mont Lofty, nice view on Adelaide and the see. Finally you can walk downstairs to the car. Great experience!

A standard place to introduce your visitors to Adelaide

Prices in MY opinion are extreme , be prepared to stay for a few hours and walk to every paddock / exhibit

Well maintained park and lots of interaction with nature and animals. Good experience. Cafe was limited but sufficient for a quick bite and coffee.

Cleland is an absolute must visit for anyone visiting South Australia. A beautiful show of animals from Kangaroo's to Dingo's. The best bit is being able to walk straight up to Kangaroo's and stroke/feed them. You can easily spend all day here walking round seeing all that Cleland has to offer. If I ever get the chance to visit Adelaide again I will certainly be going here first.

Cleland Conservation Park is a MUST SEE for all overseas visitors. The park is about 10 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD. There is plenty to see and do. Research before you travel will enhance your trip. Highly recommended !

Lovely little wildlife park in the hills above Adelaide. Fab to feed the kangaroos and meet the koala, but also nice to see the dingoes, wombats etc. Plenty of room to explore and get away from the crowds. Friendly staff and good cafe and gift shop. Would definitely recommend!

You are up above the city and can enjoy some amazing views of the region, including the waterfront. And then there are the magnificent animals there for your close-up photos and even sone petting. Lots of fun and perfect for kids.
