We chose the half day Two in One -Visit Whitehaven & snorkelling off chalkies Beach on one of the Reef Ryder's. Loved the iPad to complete the liability waiver, but a little bit of fuss & bother & rushing to get everyone signed on meant 2 of our party of 4 didn't pay. Of course this was picked up later... We did the day tour going to Whitehaven beach and snorkelling at 3different locations and a walk to the lookout at Hills Inlet. We found the staff helpful but not intrusive. Our itinerary had been carefully worked out by the staff to account for the large tidal fall so that we were able to get to Hills inlet as well... More

We did the Whitehaven beach dash, the staff at the checkin were friendly enough but not very informative. Once we made our way down to the boat our 'deckhand' was very short and unresponsive to everyone on the tour, our driver just seemed bored with the whole thing. The beach was amazing and we got to spend a good amount... More

We took the afternoon 2 in 1 tour, stopping at chalkies beach first for a snorkel, the reef was in fantastic condition, the views on the trip out were amazing and we saw whales which was a bonus, the skipper stopping for a few minutes for us to enjoy. Whitehaven beach was mind blowing. Our experience was negatively effected by... More

The place to go on Hamilton Island when you seek High Speed Watersport is HIW. We did the JetRyder and some serious Tubing. Both events were cool, especially Tubing worth the money. On the downside of the experience are the employees in the front office. Not only are they grumpy, unattentive and plain rude, they also make you feel that... More

Great trip with majestic environment. Could spend all day at Whitehaven. Relaxed staff....no safety brief how to use life vests? Didnt offer wet suits but supplied when asked...a few people were miffed when they went to go snorkelling as no option for them on island...it is winter and water cool. Take along small amount of soapy water for goggles....they fog... More

We did two activities in one day with this group. First up was a half day trip to Chalkies Beach for snorkelling and then to Whitehaven Beach. The great thing about it was the groups are limited, so it makes it relaxing. Snorkelling was quite good, although less than an hour to spend doing so, with plenty of fish to... More

Fabulous day spent at Chalkies Bay and Whitehave beach. Easy ride, softdrinks on the beach were a nice bonus. Wonderful day.

A lovely afternoon and a special unplanned detour was made...twice...so we could see 2 sets of humpback mothers and calves. A perfect finish to our holiday.

We were on a P&O cruise that stopped at Hamilton Island so we spent the day at the watersports. With the boat in it was very, very busy and they had minimal staff so there was quite a long wait to get the equipment. There was no instruction given on using the equipment as the staff were so rushed. However... More
