Loved Fraser, loved everything about it

Drove on it, saw it from up high in our scenic flight, saw some dingoes here too. Just don't go swimming here, I hear the sharks have especially sharp teeth here.

Just driving along the sand and having the close up view of the beautiful ocean is incredible. To top it off it is even smoother than our roads. The days we drove along we were able to watch the whales playing just offshore.

This was my first 4x4 experience driving on a beach. It was a lot of fun. I was however with some locals that taught me the do's and do not's. Further down at rainbow beach there are photos off all the 4x4 lost to the tide. The cool part is that there are runways with planes taking off and landing... More

This beautiful road provides close up views of Fraser Is unrivalled coastline. The whales frolicking in the distance was an added bonus for those travelling in the whale season. As we were.

We were on Fraser Island a couple of weeks ago as part of our drive around Australia. We spent a lot of time at Seventy-Five Mile Beach, it’s more of a 4x4 track along the Eastern side of Fraser Island although we did spend some time on the beaches along the way. This time of year the track is a... More

We mostly saw this beach from our Cool Dingo tour bus, but did stop to have afternoon tea once and also to visit the shipwreck. This is not a beach that people were typically spending the day on when we were there, but it was nearly Winter for them so not sure what Summer would be like.

let the air out of your 4x4 tyres and enjoy duning over the extensive beachs - try not to leave too late though as the tide come in quote early and you don't want to be stranded

Travel on the beach was part of the Fraser Island beauty spots tour. The beach is beautiful and clean although it can be heavily trafficked at times. Wildlife such as dingoes, whales and various birds were spotted from the beach.

Went to Fraser Island on the 25th of May. We did the 75 Mile Beach as part of the nature tour , the beach views were nice and it's not a swimming beach . Our driver was a pro so we didn't have troubles .
