great place for families , good bbq areas and a great swimming pool, been going there each evening of late with family for a swim, can be very busy at times but good to see the facilities being utalised. well done to the counsel.

Each time we visit Townsville, Riverway is a compulsory visit each morning and each late afternoon. Congratulations to the council for operating such a delightful, clean and available facility. Incredibly this place is free of charge to use. Well done to the vigilant staff too...More

Sorry not sure on this one but people walk around the river walk with their dogs on leash .
