We were up recently for a 10 night stay and picked the big rain event perfectly. Looking for something to do one day the kids were nagging about Timezone. Took them along and pooled some money onto one card for them. This provided exceptional value as it discounted the games and gave us extra credit. I think in the end we got close to 40% more than we paid for, good tip. Spent $200 for the four kids ($50 each was their limit for that day) and they were there from 11 unti 5 with a quick break for lunch. Perfect as there was 200mm of rain and 100kmh winds outside all day.

Went here on a drizzly day while on a two week holiday.
It’s a very big Timezone, with everything you would expect and want.
Kids had a ball.
A small cafe is also on the premises and their chips were delicious.
Some seating for those that need a break.
No evidence of social distancing and many empty sanitiser bottles. We saw no one cleaning throughout our 1.5 hour visit either.
Normal expensive prises but great for kids and adults alike…

I really think Timezone at the Gold Coast has a lot to offer, I found the game a reasonable price $2-$3 a game, where as some arcades would charge $5 for some games. There is a wide range of games and activities.
And you can buy game card for so much and you get bonus money. For example we brought the $50 card and received $70 worth and a free show bag. We were there for over an hour and only spent half so if you are visiting on holiday, you could visit a few times during your stay.

We purchased a packaged with zone bowling that provided a discount for time zone and with a 13yo and 11yo we were happy to hnag out there fora couple of hours.

Unfortunately so many of the games were not working, the ticket loading machines were not working and the whole place was pretty dirty. As it was a rainy day, the centre was really packed and oh so no noisy

Great facilities for kids. Lots of games. The mandatory mask, covid vaccination status, check in signs are an absolute joke. Didn’t count how many people inside (it was packed) I seen 1 other person wearing a mask. No wipes to clean machines though they did have sanitizer. We bought a game card and went and played all the retro games next to bowling zone (Galaga, Pacman, Donkey Kong and Space Invaders) which my child and I had a ball playing.

You know when you go to Timezone you’re going to spend money and this place is huge so be prepared to get your wallet out. We only have one 7 year old son and we burnt through $50 credit in less than an hour. If you have multiple kids (tweens or teens) be prepared to have multiple cards loaded. After spending that much it was a bit disappointing to see the quality of prizes he qualified for, cheap $2 stuff really. As parents we knew what we were getting into but our 7 year old left a bit disappointed. Important to set the right expectations. As far as games arcades go there are plenty of machines for everyone, we went on a busy afternoon and there were still enough to go around.

Massive waste of money. Don’t take kids under 10. The shop was full of crying and angry kids. 35$ = 20 mins of games and came out with 3$ worth of lollies. No value just stay clear.

The birthday party at Timezone Parramatta turned out to be a bad experience. The staff was not supportive. Moreover, they charged more without even telling me why are they charging $100 for. When the complaint was raised, I came to know that they have charged for 3 extra care. Seriously, I feel so cheated. Nowhere to go, just alarming others.

Every trip to Sufers Paradise has a visit to Time Zone. This time we had the $35, 2 hour package (you can get a 10% off voucher in a tourist book so it does come down a little if you are taking the whole family) In this you get unlimited yellow, and a certain number of red, blue and purple games, I did find this confusing when I scanned the card to see what my 5 year old had left, they call them feature, redemption games etc it would be a whole lot easier if they just called them by the colour of the game so I knew what he had left. But if you and the kids like arcade games a lot of fun and gets you out of the sun for a few hours.

We took 2 hours time pass and kids really loved it. They enjoyed the VR, the 4D cars and dino hunting and all the other games across the floor. Recommend if you have time to kill and kids have energy to spend
