We booked this literally at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us on a beautiful sunny day. Fantastic start! Then we had the crazy and effervescent Nui. He was full of energy and ensured we all had a great time and ensured the boat spins made us all soaking wet. My daughter turned to me at one point and said “This is the happiest I have been all year”. So if you want to be happy book a tour with Nui and the team.

Did this activity three times it was that much fun. First two times with Nathan and the third time with Adam. All three times were fun and exciting. If you like speed and excitement and don’t mind getting wet I highly recommend doing this.

Absolutely brilliant. Our skipper was Andy and he was a total legend - informative, funny, great with the boat! We have used Jet Boat Xtreme in the past when we have visited Surfers but this was our son’s first time and we’re so glad we did it. Never gets old - would still do it again :)

Not only was our Jetboat experience an adrenaline rush, but Captain Scotty was super entertaining and humorous. I would highly recommend this GC experience for tourists and locals alike! P.S. good luck staying dry 💦😂

Hubby, Miss 7yr and I had an amazing time Jet boating. The Jetboat Extreme team were an amazing and helpful crew from the time we arrived and patron safety was front of mind with multiple checks throughout. Adam our guide was fantastic and interacted with everyone on board even sharing some facts about our surroundings. Highly recommend giving this a go when visiting the CG!

What a wonderful experience! My group and I spontaneously decided to take the and what an experience! We had Scotty as our guide who made sure it was a part on the boat. He played music, kept our spirits high throughout the ride and the best part was the 360 degree spins! I couldn’t be more thankful to the entire team for the experience. They almost immediately sent us the go pro video of our ride which was the cherry on the cake!

What a great experience! I laughed the entire time and walked away completely saturated from the wicked spins from the boat. Captain Stevo was great with jokes and amazing driving skills ensuring everyone had a great time. 110% recommend

Great activity to get the heart going for sure. Decided to try this yesterday as we have never done it before. Watched it a few times and always wanted to try it and glad we did. We had Daniel who was awesome and kept us up to speed, literally 😂 with what to expect out on the water. Burnouts on the water mixed with spins and turns, was great fun. Salt spray, sun and laughs all the way. Will do this again for sure. Thanks again Jetboat xtreme and thanks Daniel for a great trip out.

Exciting experience. The driver had a great sense of humour, played a little party music, and had awesome driving skills. Was great for our teenage grandson to do with his grandparents. 360s galore - Loved it.
Good to buy the cheap sunnies for the ride.

I have finally received a response from my email sent 2 weeks ago. However, after my reply last tues 2/5, til date there was no reply to my query.
The reply I received informed me that my confirnation booking notification ( from bookme) is NOT confirmed and I still need to call 2 days ahead to double check and for me to furnish my contact details in Gold coast.
However, when I initially booked I have already provided an Australian number meant to contact us during my holiday in June period.
I have again replied to the email I received a week ago, provided an Australian number again for you to inform me if there is anything .
Can you kindly provide me a confirmation did you receive my contact number provided again and with that, can I assume the ride is not unless we receive a call from you ?
This is a birthday celebration trip for my hubby and son both june birthday celebration. I read alot of raving reviews here at tripadvisor, thats why I decided to book and doing it in advance to ensure things run smoothly when we are there.
Can you let me know with the Australian mobile I provided, is it sufficient? Can we assume ride is on without calling again unless we receive a call from you guys?

Hi I have sent to your marketing email here with all the booking details like confirmation ID, date and time etc for June. I have sent out the email 3 times already. Unfortunately no reply at all. We are in Singapore and not in Gold Coast yet, thats why we are emailing to confirm instead of calling

Hi I have read several good reviews about Jetboat extreme and went ahead to book for four for our upcoming holiday in June. After booking/payment, I have sent email to confirm since Tuesday. But no reply to date.

You should have receive confirmation when you booked and paid. If you email me the booking details with the booking name ride time and date I will double check your booking for you. Please email me at marketing email address. trip adviser won't let me put my full email address in here. Or call our booking office on 07 55388890 between 8:30am and 7:30pm it can also depend on what booking channel you have book through. I hope this helps.
