We took this trip with three kids aged 8, 10 and 11. The staff on the boat are excellent, looking after everyone and very enthusiastic and knowledgable. Booked the marine biologist tatyana who was superb. tatyana was great with kids, enthusatic, knowledgable, and obviously just loved her job. The trip is not cheap but worth every cent.

My family (me, my husband and teen son) joined a cruise to the Low Isles and had an awesome day out. Prior to getting under way, one of the Quicksilver guides, who is a marine biologist gave a talk about the coral reefs and the creatures that call them home, which was quite informative. Once out at Low Isles, we... More

Flew to the Agincourt reef courtesy of GBR helicopters, amazing experience to start off the day. Worst part of the experience is the other patrons you share it with. Had a terrible time having to ask others to be quiet and pay respect to the staff in which they were talking over the top of, but at no fault of... More

This is a pretty slick operation to visit the Great Barrier Reef . We thoroughly enjoyed the day . The staff were all incredibly helpful and informative especially Christian the photographer and then the wonderful Jade one of the marine biologists . We did the extra tour with the marine biologist and it was great to see and learn lots... More

We went on a fairly rough day but the boat was excellent in handling the waves. The crew was young but enthusiast. We were taken to three snorkeling sites, with one of them being the top rated site in the area. We saw tons of coral and reef fish. I don't think you would see many sharks on this area,... More

We took our 3 teenage kids on the Agincourt Reef cruise. Whilst it is very expensive (as are all the reef cruise options) we felt it was worth doing and we all thoroughly enjoyed our day! Take your seasick pills before you leave, as the trip out to the reef is lumpy! When you arrive at the pontoon there is... More

A big thank you to the crew on Quicksilver V when we ventured out on 18/7/2016. They looked after everyone and it was an honour to enter into their office. What knowledge and passion they all have. First time snorkelling and it was unbelievable the time they took to make sure you knew what to do and how to get... More

We had an enjoyable day out to the reef. The weather was perfect. Some went diving - I was more than happy to be in the glassed submarine -but please could someone clean the windows!!! Meal on board really nice and plenty to eat. People waiting fascinating and there really is something for everyone. If I had a complaint it... More

2 adults and 1 16 year old went out with Quicksliver to the outer (Agincourt) reef. The whole day was excellent and the helpful staff made it worthwhile. The buffet food was ok, nothing spectacular but edible. The only downside is that as soon as you set sail to the reef, it's sell, sell, sell which I can understand they... More
