Beautiful area to snorkel. This area of the reef is still alive and full of fish. We had a great experience on the Wavelength charters.

In October 2018 the conditions when snorkelling here were very clear water, no current, lots of healthy coral and a wide variety of fish.

Well worth the expense of a day trip to spend a day here! I took a tour with wavelength and it was excellent.

We visited Opal Reef with Wavelength Reef Cruises and had an excellent day. We visited 3 sites on Opal Reef, each a little different, and spent an hour snorkeling at each. Lots of colourful coral and fish, and very clear water

We visited this reef as part of our Calypso day trip. The reef, fish and natural wonders of the ocean were fantastic to experience. A must do when in Northern Australia.

This is a gorgeous reef that we had the opportunity to explore. The sea life was amazing and we saw so many new fish we’d never seen on a snorkel trip. Loved this day!
