These people know their Uggs. The Manager of the shop explained counterfeit products and showed me the difference between those and the originals. They only sell authentic Australian Uggs. I purchased boots, fur mittens and a leather pouch. Their prices are very competitive and you know you are getting the real thing! The manager and her assistant packed my items so strategically so I could jam them in my already full suitcase. I highly recommend checking out this store first before you go into all the other Ugg shops in Cairns.

I was very indecisive buying a pair of Ugg boots from the Manager, due to a bad experience in Canada, where I live,. A few years ago I had bought a pair of Ugg boots and was unable to wear them as the heels blistered and bled after a few minutes of wearing them, even with socks on. The manager explained the difference between the Ugg boots, based on where they were made (I will let you all figure it out) and insisted that my feet would not blister in her genuine Ugg boots. So I bought a pair, at less cost than what I had paid in Canada, and BOY! For over a month we have had snow and ice, and those cozy, NON BLISTERING boots are amazing. The manager was correct - I have had no problems at all. Buy from her with confidence!

I wanted to buy my first pair of Ugg boots and I wanted good quality service, where it was more about information and finding the right pair for me then the sales pitch. Trudy was exactly that....she laid out all the options of the different types, the pros and cons for each pair (outdoor/indoor, heel grips etc....) so I could make an informed decision as to which one was right for me (if any). No pushing you to make a sales, just good old fashioned service. And genuine Australian made and good prices. Highly recommend.

I purchased my "Uggs" at Nordstrom here in Minnesota 7 years ago and actually loved them.Knowing I was going to Australia I checked my size on the inside tag...and realized they were made in China. I was determined to buy the real deal in Australia. While in Cairns (hottest place in Australia) there I am at the Leather Company learning the difference in REAL and cheaply made and delivered to Nordstrom Uggs. Yup I hauled back a brand new, quality pair of Uggs made in Australia. Best salespeople, patient, discussing color, size and even helped my husband and I find a great place to eat dinner. The Manager of the shop explained counterfeit products and showed me the difference between those and the originals. They only sell authentic Australian Uggs. Their prices are very competitive and you know you are getting the real thing! The manager and her assistant packed my items so strategically so I could jam them in my already full suitcase. Caroline, the Manager, was AMAZING -- friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and young (She laughingly asked me to add the last adjective. LOL)

It is shameful that people (who are animals) make a profit from on death of other animals. Surely there is any nothing industry your conscience would be better suited.

According to "Voiceless" the animal protection institute - Australia has culled 31.5 million kangaroos in 10 years, which makes for the largest commercial killing of land-based wildlife in the world. Australia should be ashamed. Kangaroos are a protected species and should enjoy that status, not killed and turned into trinkets for tourists.

I just love my new Australian as opposed to Chinese Uggs. I now know the differences between the two thanks to the education from the wonderful staff at this shop.
The service and genuine product knowledge was superb.A great shopping experience.
