Had a round of golf here and was pleasantly surprised at the standard of the course and layout. Buggy and round of golf(including club hire) was about $75. The course is very open, making for a friendly game. Most of the greens were in good shape. The 11 th hole is very picturesque .....and very difficult ! In the large... More

Went for a club fitting with Anton and was extremely happy with his knowledge and professionalism. He made me feel at ease as it can be dawnting hitting balls in front of a pro 😠. We tried different clubs and shafts and I ended up with a new set of Titleist AP2's, from the boys at Cairns Golf Club, at... More

Wow! Amazing experience on a great course! I arrived in cairns golf club today hoping to play a quick 9 and ended up playing the full 18. Great layout, excellent greens, well priced, pristine fairways, fantastic facilities and service in the pro shop. Cairns Golf Club is the complete package! I highly recommend to anyone from beginners to scratch golfers.... More

My wife and I played while on a visit to Cairns and Green Island and we thoroughly enjoyed the course. the greens were in fantastic shape and the course was challenging for me from the tips but still fun for my wife. Not a lot of forced carries but each hole is different and you get a nice feel for... More

Nice 18 hole golf course in the north suburbs of cairns, golf course is well maintained and well structured. Not an overly hard golf course so good for all handicaps. Probably the second best golf course in cairns area.

If visiting Cairns and you want to swing a club then this is a nice course to visit. It is easy to get to, not expensive and has some good challenges. The greens where in good nick when I visited and while not lighting fashion they held their line and did bounce all over the place. Watch out for the... More

I played the front 9 holes at Cairns Gold Course recently and had a very enjoyable time. The clubhouse, car park and pro shop have had a rebuild and major update to provide modern facilities for all players. The course is on the longer side but quite manageable. I enjoyed the wide fairways, well maintained trees/gardens and cart pathways. There... More

We play golf here regularly. Fabulous course and the staff are very friendly, especially the green staff. In the last couple of years they have had awesome meals on a Friday night. Great for families. Cheap drinks too if you become a social member for around $5.00/year and you'll be in for the jackpot draw on Friday nights. Must be... More

I'm not a golfer so not reviewing the course. We go to the Club on a Friday after work or on Sunday for breakfast. Sit out on the deck over looking the course and Trinity Inlet/ Yarrabah Range and enjoy a couple of cold ones and a fantastic meal. Staff are friendly and obliging, the food is some of the... More
