This company are very good. Transport from and to the hotel is punctual with lovely drivers. We needed to change one of the coach times, no problem, done! The trip itself was wonderful, train ride up in the gold carriage was worth the money with lovely armchairs and breakfast and drinks all included. The views were wonderful, we loved Kurunda... More

We rode the Kuranda railroad up, saw the rainforest station, rode a duck boat, and took the gondola back. We didn't regret skipping the extra gold service. The train was fairly empty and there was a lot of room to spread out and open all the windows. Picked us up at our hotel promptly, and it was a very convenient... More

Picked up from our hotel in Port Douglas on time , our tour guide was Jason and he was brilliant , very informative , knowledgeable and professional , the coach was very comfortable and cool , thankfully as it was very hot and sticky outside as you would expect . The trip on the Daintree River was lovely and our... More

Down under were wonderful , coaches were ontime & fairly new. The 2 Drivers we had were informative & engaged with us on the tour. Made sure we understood everything. Beautiful scenery & a step back in time on the railway.

Enjoyable tour. Took the train up to Kuranda and the Skyrail down. Paid extra for the Gold Service which is well worth it. On the way to the train station, our driver missed the turn, so we were late getting to the train. He was a nice guy but seemed a bit distracted. Kuranda was alright--clearly for tourists. The skyrail... More

Whilst the driver was very good and knowledgable can't recommend this tour. A lot of time is spent on the coach and everything else is rushed. We started with a trip on the Daintree river which was fine - spent most of it trying to find crocodiles. Then drove to look out point for brief photo. We then went to... More

We booked down under tours for our Cairns to Port Douglas Airport transfer and return. There were 16 of us and the driver "Andrew" was excellent, we had a difficult unload at the Port Douglas end and he was so helpful. Highly recommend Down under tours, customer service on booking was also excellent. Thanks

Excellent bus drivers both to and from Kuranda. David and Shane were both funny, helpful and knowledgable (we giggled about how similar Shane was in looks and personality to Kenny, the toilet expert). Everything was seamless and we had a relaxing and informative day. They were even super accommodating, when we asked to extend our day, a few hours. We... More

Highly recommend the Kuranda Gold Class Scenic Rail & Skyrail, great experience with exceptional views, a camera us a must. Travelling Gold Class gives you added benefits which is worth the costs.

My wife and I do a lot of tours when we travel on this one is definitely worth it. Our Guide, Daniel was a wealth of knowledge and I really enjoyed hearing is commentary throughout the day. He had an incredible amount of knowledge about a number of different topics and it was great to learn from him while in... More
