Stuart was a great guide. He was punctual, informative and entertaining. My husband's favorite part of the tour was the tale of Jose Paronella, Although the entire tour was scenic and enchanting, I truly enjoyed the wallaby viewing at the end.

Excellent journey with lots of spectacular waterfalls and geological formations to visit, plus a tour into the works of an early 20th century Spaniard that his romantic dreams into practice. I strongly recommend everybody to visit Paronella Park and urge Queensland's Government to help its owners to rehab it.

The Tablelands has so much to offer you can spend many days wandering around. The climate is cooler than the coast which is great for hot days. Must sees are Tinaroo Dam, crater lakes, waterfalls, rainforest walks and boat rides on the lakes, Historic villages and quaint cafes and markets. Very natural, unspoilt and quiet.

This was a really good day trip. Plenty to see and do. Lots of walking also if you wanted to do so. The bus stopped quite often at scenic places (waterfalls etc) and allowed guests to wander around for a time. The visit to an Innisfail restaurant was great - it had buffet Italian food and was really good. They... More

Beautiful views, just 250 metre walk to the viewing platform to see the waterfalls. Very humid there and water freezing but fantastic fun.

Really interesting and varied trip, the Tablelands are so different to the Rainforest. Opportunities to swim in beautiful clear pools, amazing waterfalls. Loved Paronella Park and its history but my favourite part was the visit to volcanic crater Lake Barrine with some of the most delicious scones ever in the charming Teahouse. It was the last trip my sister and... More

Strongly recommend that the trip is tied in with the chair lift and in the opposite journey the Kuranda train. A beautiful area but facilities are run down and locals( those who are not backpackers) also appeared tired but friendly.

My experience was average, Lets start with the rooms they were dirty, the linen was not clean, showers were not clean. Also at dinner time the cooks that run the kitchen were quite rude. The instructors there were not very accepting also.

We have been going here for many years and always see something new. We love to take visitors to experience the falls and the experience of going back in time is wonderful.
